I would stay there again.
It was clean, quiet and you can walk to the wine museum which is why I picked it. There’s is a hopping market place across from the museum with lots of choices of food and drink. I had the breakfast one morning for an extra fee and it was fine. The front desk people were very helpful and lent me an umbrella a couple times.
One suggestion is to put the directions for the washer and dryer in English. They are different than what I’m used to and I needed to ask for help because I have forgotten most of the French I learned in school.
The mini kitchen was handy even though I didn’t really cook anything.
A tourist office is in the same building as the museum so I took the river/wine tasting cruise which left from there. That was very enjoyable.
I highly recommend it if you don’t mind being outside central Bordeaux.
Hi Michelle, thank you so much for your kind review. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and found the location to be conveniently located right next to the museum. Thank you for the suggestions about the river/wine tasting cruise! That is a great idea for future guests to enjoy. Also, thank you for the suggestion about having the washer/dryer instructions in English. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any future holiday plans you might have as we would be happy to host you again. Best Wishes, the Leavetown Team.
