This apartment was modern, all white down to the bed linens. It was immaculate, with a functional kitchenette. Bathroom(s) were also new and very clean with soft! towels. The apartment was near the end of a long courtyard passageway protected by a locked steel door. The courtyard was pretty to walk through and the apartment was VERY quiet. The one time we had a problem, the manager responded immediately by phone and our problem was solved. The art on the walls was not attractive, but that is a very minor point. We were too busy to use the TV, but it all seemed modern with a large screen. The sofa bed was comfortable, but difficult to close. The apartment is more suited to 2 people than 4 because of it's diminutive size. The lovely neighborhood is near the perfect Metro line for the Louvre, Tuileries Gardens, Ile de la Cite (Pink 7) and the stop is Censier Daubenton. Rue du Fer a Moulin is a tiny street, difficult to find at first. It begins at the juncture of Rue Monge, Rue des Gobelins and Rue Claude Bernard.

All in all, we found the apartment very comfortable, functional and so pleasantly quiet!

Very pleased with the location of the property. Loved the pretty courtyard - a calm oasis to return to after a hectic day sightseeing. The apartment, although cosy, provided everything we needed. Bed clean and comfortable. Good shower space and a separate toilet. Excellent.

We had a great experience with all aspects of the rental carried out smoothly and effortlessly.
