The "CHARMING 2 BEDROOM apartment" is situated in the most exclusive area of Ibiza Town: in Marina Botafoch, on Paseo Maritimo (Passeig Joan Carles I), a fantastic and safe location by the sea with everything close by, but at the same time it's also a quiet area: Talamanca Beach, grocery stores, great restaurants (such as Cipriani, Cavalli, Sushi Point, Trattoria de Mar), Pacha Club and Lio, cafès, Ibiza Gran Hotel Spa and Casino, are all within short walking distance although no noise! And it's only about 15 minutes walking to Ibiza Old Town and Dalt Vila (or 2 minutes by taxi, ferry or car). The taxi stand is next block. Also the ferry dock is at only 5 minutes walking. The fully furnished apartment is composed of: 2 double bedrooms - one of them ensuite - (on request, beds can be made twins, instead of double, in one of the bedrooms), 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub and the other with shower) , large living room with comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with partial/side view on Ibiza Old Town, equipped with table and chairs where you can enjoy your meals "al fresco" and relax. Free Internet Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning, Flat TV, stereo Hi-Fi, I Pod player, safe, washing-machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso and regular coffee machine, microwave, toaster, blender, kettle, hair dryer. 2 communal pools in the building. Whilst car hire is great to see the island, the apartment is only at 10-15 min taxi ride from the airport and as everything is close by (including a taxi stand) , no car hire is necessary. However, if you plan to hire a car, free of charge PUBLIC PARKING SPACES ARE ON THE STREET around or near the building.Please, kindly note that our apartment is MUCH MORE AFFORDABLE compared to similar apartments in the same area which are rented per day or per week, since our minimum stay is one month and we have affordable monthly rates. However a FURTHER DISCOUNT can be offered for longer stays.PLEASE, CONTACT US FOR PERSONAL QUOTES.This apartment is rented in accordance with the Spanish Law called "LAU" and no hotel services, such as breakfast or daily housekeeping, are offered. Excellent appartement, nice and clean interior

Perfect in any way, nice interior and super clean. Close to Talamanca beach and 15 minutes walking to center of Ibiza. Nice and friendly welcome bij hostess. Would certainly go back.

Fantastisch apartement op prachtige locatie!

Mooi, licht en ruim appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijk balkon waar we s'morgens met 5 personen prima konden ontbijten met uitzicht op Ibiza stad. Prachtige locatie, op loopafstand van Ibiza stad, Talamanca beach en de leuke restaurantjes en winkeltjes van Marina Botafoch. Autoverhuur vlakbij en taxistandplaats ook. We hebben vijf dagen genoten van Ibiza. Gastheer Antonio zeer vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam. Echt een aanrader, we komen zeker nog eens terug!

Super apartment in a great location

We had a great holiday in this lovely apartment in Ibiza. The apartment was very clean, modern, tastefully decorated, spacious, and very comfortable beds, it was equipped with everything you could need. The location was perfect, we had the best of 3 worlds - Ibiza old town, Marina Botafoch, and Cala Talamanca beach all within walking distance. We used the water taxi a few times across to the old town and it was very pleasant - €2.60 single trip or €4 return. We hired a car for 2 days and explored other places and its a beautiful island.

Alessandro the manager was especially a pleasure to deal with right from the booking stage, great communication, he was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had, nothing was a problem for him. Thank you.

Our holiday in Ibiza was perfect from the start to finish, and we would certainly recommend this great apartment and location to our friends and family.

Gorgeous apartment and superb location

Extremely satisfied with the location, the apartment and the service! The location is suberb: it's a five minute walk to the Talamaca beach, there are several grocery stores within walking distance and there is a large selection of fabolous restaurants at the beach and at the "chich" marina with amazing yatchs. Also Pacha and Lio are within short walking distance. The apartment, with modern furnishings was luxurious, spacious, spotless and quiet.

Managers were responsive to all requests at will, prior our arrival and during our stay.

The apartment is situated in the most exclusive area of Ibiza Town: Marina Botafoch, on Paseo Maritimo (Passeig Joan Carles 1), a fantastic and safe location by the sea with everything close by, but at the same time it's also a quiet area: Talamanca Beach, Great restaurants (such as Cipriani, Cavalli, Sushi Point, Trattoria de Mar), cafès, grocery stores, up-market shops, Ibiza Gran Hotel Spa and Casino, Pacha and Lio are all within short walkable distance although no noise! Also the new faboulos marina area with the most beautiful yachts and other great bars and restaurants and luxury shops, is at only 200 meters,. And it's only about 15 minutes walking to Ibiza Old Town and Dalt Vila (or 2 minutes by taxi, ferry or car). The taxi stand is next block. Also the ferry dock is at only 5 minutes walking.

Everybody defines this area as Ibiza's Golden Mile. Undoubtedly there is not a better choice to enjoy a luxurious holidays in Ibiza. The other famous beaches: Playa d'En Bossa, Salinas (Sa Trinxa) and Es Cavallet are at only 10 or 15 minutes far by car.

Whilst car hire is great to see the island, the apartment is only a 10-15 min taxi ride from the airport and as everything is close by, (including a taxi stand) no car hire is necessary.
