Villa FLORA é uma casa confortável, construída no meio de um bosque de oliveiras. As vistas da Villa FLORA são cativantes o tempo todo e estão presentes em todas as partes da vila e seus jardins.
Villa FLORA é construído em três níveis.
Cada nível tem suas próprias varandas e terraços e eles são completamente separados um do outro. Em áreas selecionadas ao redor do olival, existem terraços sentados e relaxantes de beleza e tranquilidade únicas que podem ser usados para refeições e bebidas ou apenas para relaxar e meditar.

O primeiro andar é um confortável apartamento de 2 quartos com 85 m2, com cozinha totalmente equipada, máquina de lavar, secador de cabelo, banheiro amplo / ducha e 2 varandas grandes e churrasqueira / churrasqueira, chuveiro no jardim.
Pode acomodar 2 casais em 2 camas de casal e 1 pessoa em 1 cama de solteiro. Máximo de 6 pessoas.

O Segundo Nível é um espaçoso apartamento de 2 quartos de 110 m² com cozinha totalmente equipada em plano aberto, máquina de lavar roupa, secador de cabelo, banheiro / ducha grande e chuveiro no jardim. Pode acomodar 2 casais em 2 camas de casal. Na sala há um sofá-cama para 2 pessoas. Máximo de 6 pessoas.

O terceiro nível é um estúdio confortável de 65 m² com cozinha totalmente equipada em plano aberto, secador de cabelo e banheiro / chuveiro. É composto por um quarto muito grande e um quarto separado. Pode acomodar até 2 pessoas e 1 criança. Este encantador estúdio de nível superior é ideal para casais jovens em lua de mel, é perfeitamente isolado. A varanda muito grande oferece vistas únicas e magníficas. A área de refeições fica na varanda sob o quiosque ao lado do churrasco / churrasqueira. À noite, com um copo de vinho, você pode apreciar as estrelas.
O bairro da vila consiste em duas outras moradias a uma distância segura para garantir paz e sossego. O resto são oliveiras, uma floresta de pinheiros e uma densa vegetação makia. o sentimento predominante é de natureza pura, com seus cheiros aromáticos, os sons da floresta. e as visualizações sem fim. É o lugar perfeito para sentir, respirar, olhar e relaxar.

Até agora, nossos hóspedes deixaram a vila com as melhores impressões. Eles experimentaram o contato com a natureza pura e elogiaram entusiasticamente sua experiência única.

Idyllic villa outside Patitiri

Our family group of 9 stayed at Villa Flora for a week in August. The views and setting are extraordinary. The main floor has beautifully crafted stone floors with great ventilation and screens. The lower floor was less comfortable- stuffy, more mosquito bites. The college age kids did well on the top floor with 2 sleeping in an unscreened porch. Our major issue was having a single small rental car. You can walk into Patitiri (and we did) but in hot weather it is a vigorous climb of about 25 minutes back to the villa. You do need cars to reach many beaches and access old town comfortably! Olga, the owner, was a friendly communicator during planning and met us at the port when we arrived. All and all this property is beautiful and I'll always remember sitting on the porch looking at the sea.

Privacy and Views in Alonissos

This property may be perfect for you but we would have preferred a property closer to town and a beach. I hope our honest review will help you decide if this property is for you. As long as you have a car, it is a beautiful property, island and lots to explore. Pros: Olga met us at the ferry and guided us to the property. Extremely well maintained property and well stocked for our large group with towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap and everything you need in a kitchen. Great outdoor space on all three levels; always possible to find shade. Outdoor full bathroom was an excellent highlight. We booked the whole house which was set up as three units. Breathtaking views, enjoyed the stars at night. Extremely private. Olga generously offered us departure gifts of olives and olive oil. Cons: The description of the location in the in the listing and communication with Olga lead us to believe we would be within walking distance of a beach and town or restaurants. We were celebrating birthdays with another large group that were staying in Old Town and we thought we would be a lot closer. We planned to entertain the group one night but the logistics of getting to our villa was too difficult. They did not have nor need cars because they had access to taxis (but taxis would not drive all the way to this villa) This villa is very isolated and we needed to have three cars to shuttle our group to the old town, beaches and the port. Taxis would not drive down the last kilometer of the gravel road which would have been a problem walking for my 85 year old father and daughter with sprained ankle. Olga offered us her car for 65 euros/day but we were able to rent a brand new, similar car for 30 in the port including full insurance so we opted for that. No air conditioning but fans in all rooms. It was very warm and if we left the unscreened doors open, the owners black cat would make herself at home. My husband is allergic to cats so we had to keep the unscreened doors closed which prevented a cross breeze. However, most doors and windows had screens. There were other stray cats on the property which Olga would drop by to feed and to water her plants. If you are not cat lovers, this property is not for you. WIFI in only available in the middle unit; this is not clear in the listing and to be noted if you are renting the top or bottom unit. Unfortunately, not able to use the outdoor bbq at this time due to fire danger laws.

Absolutely stunning property with incredible views.

As a large family that knows the island well having been there most years for the last 3 decades and more we really hoped we had found an ideal property split across three floors in a fabulous location. As always we were somewhat sceptical thinking it was too good to be true. Fear not!! It was not. Villa Flora is gorgeous. Perfect for large families like ours requiring separate living space to avoid the inevitable fights associated to enforced proximity. The views are amazing. This idyllic property that looks out over The two brothers benefits from perfect positioning to make the most of the wonderful light on the island well into the evening. I would wholeheartedly recommend Villa Flora to anyone looking to enjoy the very best that Alonissos has to offer. thanks Olga x

best holiday we ever had! The house is magnificent, charming, clean, very well equipped. Olga is very friendly and hospitable, the view from the terrace is amazing. This place is absolutely recommended for your dreamed holiday. We'll be back soon

I am Greek born in Thessaloniki , where I finished the high school. After that, I went to Germany to study medicine. I am a doctor of natural medicine. Alonnisos has 1500 medicinal plants which I use for alternative medicine.
As a student I visited Alonissos.
The nature, the colors and the richness of vegetation fascinated me. Such clear water I had never seen in my live. I felt in love with this Paradise. This green island with the dense pine forest and the many olive groves were always in my mind. Later on a miracle occurred: Alonnisos and the surrounding Islets became the center of the first marine park in Greece. So an ecological thinking was born. For us this was a very important development and we supported it.
Later we bought the land where Villa Flora is built.
So I invite you to spend your holidays in my house Villa Flora.

First we bought the land where Villa Flora is built.
This olive grove met all our criteria.
Later, we began with the construction of the Villa Flora. It was not easy, but we managed to make our dream home complet.
We instructed the architect to take into account all the ecological parameters. So we collect the rain water and we are happy when the rain comes.

The house is beautiful and the Mediterranean Garden also.
So I invite you to spend your holidays in my house.

From the time a booking is confirmed there is a constant contact with the guests to keep them informed on various aspects concerning their booking. Such things can be information on ferry timetables, coordination of traveling details.
On their arrival i am waiting to welcome the guests, to escort them to the villa and explain to them how things work.
