Mount Earl is situated a quarter of a mile from the nearest public lane, offering a high degree of privacy and seclusion.Set within 32 acres of private woodland/heath nature lovers can enjoy the unusual flora and fauna.
Recently, the woodland has revealed the ruins of an ancient mill close to the pretty Downas stream.It is only a 20 minute rugged walk to an unspoilt secluded cove where seals and basking sharks have been spotted. The south west coast path is close by, incorporating the breathtaking vantage point of Black Head and far reaching views towards England's most southerly point.
