PEACEFUL AND RELAXING
A comfortable and well equipped apartment ideally located within this peaceful and well maintained complex. There is a spacious private terrace with table, chairs and umbrella together with sun loungers however, should you wish to sit round the pool, which is literally just steps away, there are communal sun loungers and umbrellas provided.
The complex is ideally located for a pleasant stroll to the water front and harbour with its assortment of restaurants, bars and shops. There are two supermarkets within a short walking distance with the more comprehensive supermarkets in the town.

We loved it!
This was our second visit and we will be booking again for next year! The apartment is comfortable and well equipped and only a 10-minute walk from the harbour and supermarket. We love the private terrace overlooking the pool and the Wi-Fi, TV, BBQ, and air-conditioning was a bonus. There are always plenty of beach and bath towels available, and the washing machine is a brilliant feature and a big help in keeping the luggage weight down.
We noticed a few updates to the apartment since our last visit as James continues to develop the property.
James was quick to respond to any queries during our booking, we look forward to returning to this lovely apartment again next year!
Four weeks of lovely weather shame about the unimpressive apartment
The holiday was really good, weather was superb but the apartment could have done with a make over and the cats were so annoying doing their business all over the outside of the property and giving off the most horrendous smell. Something must be done about the hardcore so that if the cats cause a mess it can be washed away or get rid of the cats. They drank from the pool and did their business all over the very tired sun lounges. The bathroom was mouldy and the ceiling had obviously got wet at some stage and looked very damp and nasty. The photos of the bathroom were very misleading as the shower curtain was covering the back of the bath so the rim could not be seen. The position of the complex was fine and the bus service good which enabled us to get about easily to Paphos old town and the harbour. The shops were adequate so no complaints about those areas. it would also have been nice to get changed before our flight which was in the evening but this was not possible according to the owner as someone was taking over occupancy but the apartment was still empty at six forty five when we left. I think that the owner should show more interest in the apartment by checking on a more regular basis the state of the apartment. We saw no one in 4 weeks. The sun lounges were filthy when we arrived and I had to wash them thoroughly before we could use them. The apartment was anything but private as we could hear all the conversations of the adjoining apartments and the music fro next door each morning coupled with the smoking was sometimes unbearable.
I agree the cats are an issue but I cannot do much about this as other guests/residences continue to feed them which we ask our guests not to do. The reason the bathroom gets mouldy is that guests do not ventilate the room by opening the windows - there are fly screens on all the windows in the apartment and noone can see into the bathrrom. Im glad the shops where adequate - what do you expect me to do about making them better? As for being able to get changed before your flight, it was unfortunate that we had new guests arriving on your day of departure but when would we have had the time to clean the apartment for them as they arrived at 3.10pm as I met them at the apartment upon their arrival so your statement of the apartment ws still empty is not true! We do provide a storage box which you were able to use but dont bother to thank us for that facility - you are on a self catering holiday on a complex so you will have to put up with other people or get yourself a private villa so you don't hear or see anyone. You very much need a reality check on how you holiday in the future if you are going to try to pick fault with everything - no mention of the free air conditioner/wifi/UKTV, how good the beds are, the provision of a bbq all at no extra cost. Still gave 4 stars? Glad the weather was good - something I cannot influence either!
Lovely complex and apartment
Stayed in this apartment a couple of times now, it’s a perfect holiday home.
Lovely apartment with very comfortable beds and it is in a very good position but ...
.. there are a couple of small things that need to be addressed - decking is very warped and is a trip hazard, pillows need changing (past their best) and the toilet seat needs to be repaired or replaced. Apart from that, it was a very comfortable apartment and we would have no hesitation in returning and would recommend it. Once these small things are sorted it deserves a 5* review! Thank you James for letting us use the apartment.
Hello Elizabeth and thank you for your review - the patio is being sorted later this month and I will update the pictures on the website once completed. The pillows are being replaced and it would seem that we are having to get a new toilet seat every 3 months! at a cost of over 30 euros per time!

It was a very Nice, spacious and well equipped apartment.
The place was well located for a short walk to restaurants and harbour. Although a busy road to cross. Next door played African music very loud every morning which wasn't very nice. Everyone had to go in as it was spoiling the peaceful morning. She seemed to be there permanent as she had people coming n going all the time and spoke very loud on her phone a lot.
Thank you for your review - i have contacted the Complex Committee to ensure that this does not happen in the future and to ensure that all owners make their guests aware of respecting all other occupants on the complex regarding noise etc.
Costa / Praia:
Perto das praias locais. Levará cerca de 15 minutos de caminhada até as praias locais ou área do porto. O centro da cidade principal é cerca de 7 minutos onde você vai encontrar muitos bares, restaurantes, instalações bancárias, lojas e área do porto, que é de interesse histórico. A caminhada é geralmente plana e muito seguro.
Paphos aeroporto fica a cerca de 20 minutos de carro. Aeroporto de Larnaca fica a aproximadamente 90 minutos de carro (na maior parte auto-estrada). Um carro de aluguer não é essencial, mas se você planejar para visitar a ilha, que lhe dá mais flexibilidade. Há serviços de ônibus regulares para Limassol (cerca de 1 hora de distância), Nicosia (cerca de 2 horas de distância) e as montanhas de Troodos. As belas praias de Coral Bay são cerca de 30 minutos de ônibus e muito menos de carro. Polis e Latchi e também são cerca de 1 hora de distância.
É uma caminhada de 15 minutos para Paphos cidade velha, onde um mercado diário manhã é realizada e para a área do castelo / porto velho, com seus muitos restaurantes, bares, bancos e lojas de todas as descrições. Tumbas dos Reis é de aproximadamente 15 minutos de autocarro ou uma meia hora a pé saudável. Existe agora um novo terminal de ônibus no centro de Paphos perto do castelo. O aeroporto fica a apenas uma viagem de carro 20 minutos de distância.
O apartamento tem uma localização central proporciona fácil acesso às vizinhas restaurantes, lojas, bancos, supermercados e bares. Existem 4 lojas tarde da noite (quiosques) dentro de 5 minutos a pé do apartamento. Os grandes supermercados estão a 15 minutos a pé para a área à beira-mar / porto. Como o novo serviço de ônibus é mesmo à porta isso vai levá-lo para o porto, onde você pode transferir para a rota principal para viajar para mais longe, como a área mercado coberto ou Coral Bay, com suas belas praias e do parque aquático que é um dia excelente . O novo terminal de ônibus perto do castelo faz para transferências fáceis de e para o aeroporto e é muito barato.
