Great quiet location. Home had all we needed for the week. Easy walk to downtown. Only downside was the double bed. Definitely need at least a queen for the 2 of us to sleep comfortably.
Paul, thank you for your review. We're so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay overall as well as the amazing location of this property! We do accurately advertise that the bed in this unit is a full-size, so all travelers can take that into consideration prior to booking. However, we apologize if this caught you off guard and you were not completely comfortable. Thank you again for your feedback and we hope to host you again in the future! Best, the Evolve Team
Enchanting neighborhood, generously supplied apt, most helpful Lauren, the owner.
Nice House Great location
Just what we needed for a few days in Raleigh.
Cute cozy apartment
Well-kept cozy apartment in an older home. Clean and had all the supplies needed for a weekend away. Location is very convenient for walking downtown.
Loved the area - quiet, convenient, walkable. Small unit on an older corner property, close to downtown and State Archives. We really enjoyed our stay - much better than the standard hotel options. Thanks!
We bought concert tickets to see Jason Isbell play at the Booth Amphitheater (such a beautiful venue). We decided to make a long weekend of it and stay in Raleigh. The little apartment was perfect. Had everything we needed and perfectly located. Gorgeous neighborhood with close access to restaurants and shopping. We utilized Uber a lot and it was cheap and fast. We took a day and drove up to Durham (didn’t like) and Chaple Hill (loved!). Ate at the Shanghai Dumpling restaurant. If you have never had pork soup dumplings, please drop everything and go get these. Life changing! Even my husband said it was the best thing he ate over the whole weekend. We enjoyed a blue grass festival, a Carolina bbq competition, really good steak at the Angus Barn, delightful breakfast at Big Ed’s City Market Restaurant, enjoyed some unique desserts and coffee at Bittersweet. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice Raleigh was. Definitely recommending it to all who ask.
