Entry to your accommodation is at 4pm on arrival date. Departure is at 10am to allow us to clean the property prior to arrival of the next guests.
Any damage to your holiday home should be reported to the farmhouse prior to departure and relevant settlement made.
Fortnightly bookings are subject to a discount of £50 off the total holiday price.
Bookings are for a holiday period only.
A deposit of £100 per week is required on booking. This is not refundable. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. Failure to forward this balance may lead to cancellation of your holiday, the deposit being forfeited.
Credit and debit card payments are accepted at a 2.5% surcharge. Online banking, bank transfers, cheque payments also accepted.
Prices include VAT at 20%.
Tomich Holiday properties must be left in a clean and tidy state at the end of booking.
Pets are permitted and a charge of £25 per animal is payable with final payment. No pets allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture. Please note that as this is a working farm with sheep and cattle, dogs must be kept under control at all times.
Bike Hire £17.50 per day or £12.50 half day (10am to 1pm or 2pm to 5pm).
A Baby Pack with cot, high chair and stair gate can be provided at £25 per week. Linen for cots is not available.
Bed linen, up to the number each property accommodates, is included in the price of your holiday.
For your convenience, we can normally arrange for basic groceries from the local shop or a Welcome Pack providing breakfast provisions for your first day at £30 (full Scottish) or £25 (basic breakfast)

When you book your holiday you are entering into a legally binding contract with Tomich Holidays. If for any reason you subsequently have to cancel, every effort will be made to re-let the property. If we are unable to re-let the accommodation, you

Motorcycle tour with my wife.

We had a week touring the Isles and the highlands on the motorbike.

Although it rained with heavy showers we made the most of trip and were welcomed as soon as we arrived with all the info we needed.

We made use of the swimming pool after the days riding and our lodge was very comfortable and nice and warm.

The locals in the cafe and pub were good for a chat and gave us a good history lesson about the area and the people.

We will be back for another visit.

Very remote

This cottage was billed as "Inverness", but was a great deal further away than we had planned for. It was fine for one night (as long as everyone went to bed at the same time- thin walls and creaky floors), but we had to find a last minute accommodation closer to Edinburgh for the second night.

I have checked the listing on Homeaway this morning and the map has us correctly placed at 35 miles from Inverness. It also has our address correctly listed as Tomich Holidays, Guisachan Farm, Tomich, By Beauly IV4 7LY, GB. I can only apologise that you were not able to check these details before you booked and arrived to find us 35 miles from Inverness.

Schönes, altes Anwesen in herrlicher Natur

Die Appartments sind gut ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Umgebung ist wundervoll. Etwas negativ fand ich, das dass Büro nicht einmal die angegebene eine Stunde am morgen besetzt war. Man musste immer Ausschau nach einem Mitarbeiter halten. Diese waren aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Möglichkeit die Mitarbeiter bei Bedarf anzurufen war für uns nicht gut möglich, weil wir dort mit dem Handy keinen Empfang hatten.

We were sorry to read that you found the office opening hours a problem. As a part-time worker, the office is only open for a short period each day. We do advertise the opening hours and also have a noticeboard which is checked daily if you need to leave a message or have a problem. However we are glad that you found us all friendly and helpful.

Wunderbar in der Natur gelegen. Ideal zum abschalten. Gute Wandermöglichkeiten. Der Swimming Pool ist bei schlechtem Wetter eine gute Alternative.

idyllischer, familienfreundlicher Highlands-Urlaub im Herzen der Highlands

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, schöner Pool und Spieleraum mit Tischtennis (besser eigene Schläger und Bälle mitbringen), Billard und Kicker. Auch toller Fußball- und Spielplatz. WLAN nur sehr begrenzt im Spieleraum im Hauptgebäude.

We do replace the table tennis balls each day and check on the bats etc. but you are more than welcome to bring your own with you. The Wi-Fi is a very rural connection at 1/4 MB if we are lucky. We hope to have a fibre optic connection by Christmas, which will enable us to improve the speeds for our guests.

Stalkers cottage, lovely as always

The cottage as always was very comfortable, with all of the usual friendly and helpful people going about their business.

We have been holidaying at Tomich for many years now and we never tire of its absolute beauty.

It was found by chance many years ago but will never be forgotten, thanks for providing us with many wonderful holidays and hopefully many more. Keep up the good work in providing such a lovely place to holiday.
