Disappointment
We have worked with vrbo for more than 10 years, both as a homeowner and a vacationer. Until January 2021, our experience has always been good. We arrived at our rental and were greeted by Andre who gave us the key and explained how to get in the house, and told us leave the key in the lockbox when we left. He also explained the costs involved if we were to lose the key. Upon entering the unit. it looked like we expected. After an inspection, we discovered there was no coffeepot. After calling Andre, he brought one to us the next day. The unit was very sparsely furnished, two glasses in the kitchen, no spatula, no can opener, three towels. Needless to say, we were very disappointed, We knew going in there was no cable, only an antenna. We were only able to get two national channels on a good day. The internet was totally undependable for the first two weeks until the provider was changed. But the biggest disappointment was the property manager. He was very unprofessional and rude. Because of all the problems we experienced, we were contacting him daily and some days multiple times, He always acted bothered and angry. This experience has left me with a bad feeling and I want vrbo (and future renters) to know of his behavior. If you see Andre Markov as the property manager, do not rent from him,
