PATHETIC.... AVOID this Place!!
I've NEVER rented a place this run down... and with an owner that didn't care at all!! We walked in to a dishwasher 1/2 full of dirty dishes, Coffee maker still full of Grounds / filter, owners closet open, Had to search for the parking pass that was SUPPOSE to be left on the counter, (Den) Broken lamp on one end of the couch (No light bulb, no knob) other end had a bulb but lamp mount was broken, The Fake Fireplace Grumbles and is annoyingly loud! (So much for a quiet evening by the Fake Fireplace) , The Kitchen fluorescent lights work half the time / half are burned out! , The silverware drawer looks like a collection of whatever someone donated. The Eating area... The overhead ceiling fan lights were burned out leaving us with only a small lamp in the area to see by until I found 2 bulbs in the junk drawer (So now there are 2 lights!) The pool bands... 6, was told there are 10 and we'll be charged $** Ea. for missing bands. ( Not an issue when we FINALLY got in touch with one of the owners who was more concerned with her screaming baby she was watching then her mortgage paying TENANT who wasn't happy. we got that and the storage room ordeal clarified, The Leaky Toilet Valve? She didn't seem to care that her toilet water S/O Valve was leaking non stop and apparently the Linen guy knew it as well **since we called him as he was our GO TO #) Many plugs that one plug works, the other doesn't. Comcast boxes were thrown behind the dressers so my wife says... "The TV only gets ONE CHANNEL?? " Surprise!! whoever did their quick clean knocked the comcast mini boxes down behind the dressers so the average joe would think there is NO Cable TV... The master bathroom... The blow drier didn't work.. I wiggled the wall socket... the GFI on the other side was popped... I reset it and wallah!! Power!! (I guess we know the issue here huh? Electrical!!!) the guest bedroom closets... cheap cardboard garbage hanging or IF that's what you call it... in place on the closet slider door... I told my kid, Don't Touch It!!!
I've rented many places that are treated by their owners like what they are, VERY EXPENSIVE INVESTMENTS this condo is so pathetically neglected it is sickening and I now understand all the bad reviews that I pawned off as grumpy complainers! these people were right!! they had legitimate complaints and the owner should take note and focus on fixing the issues and make this condo the expensive investment it is!!
