Great Condo with a Great View and Great Loacation!

Our week was fantastic beginning with Melissa meeting us at the condo at check-in to make sure we knew everything required for our stay. She also brought along some bread and fruit so that we had some snacks until we had time for grocery shopping. The condo is very comfortable and well decorated and we really enjoyed the views from the condo and balcony. Rod met us for check-out and helped us with our bags. It was a great trip and we will be back. Thanks to Rod & Melissa.

Fabulous Apartment with Stunning Views

We have rented dozens of properties over the years. The Panorama Suite is amongst the best for many reasons. It would be great for two couples sharing.

The apartment is exceptionally clean and very well fitted out with everything you could imagine needing. It had a fully equipped kitchen and I'm sure there's a tool or gadget for every occasion.

The downtown location puts everything in easy walking distance. There's even a good wine shop almost around the corner.

The view is stunning over the sound and to the snow capped mountains. It's fun to ease over a leisurely sunny morning breakfast on the balcony while watching the seaplanes come and go from the harbour.

The hosts, Melissa and Rod, were efficient and very helpful. I would recommend them and this apartment to anyone visiting the area.

Phenomenal suite – every detail considered

We have stayed in many VRBOs nationally and internationally and the Panorama Suite was the very best. It was impeccably clean with absolutely every detail accounted for. Of course the view is beyond spectacular but the condo itself is so comfortable and well organized it made for a seamless – and extremely enjoyable – vacation. Melissa and Rod of City Life Suites (which handles all rentals) were organized, thorough, friendly and efficient. Finally, the location in unbeatable. Steps to amazing restaurants and the inner harbour, as well as a stone’s throw away from the beauty of Beacon Hill Park. No need for a car. This vacation rental is a true gem.

Best choice for a memorable holiday

We spent 12 days in the Panorama Suite and wish it could have been longer. The flat is furnished to the highest standard and is the best apartment rental we've ever had in 9 years of renting in North America and Europe on various holidays. Comfortable, spacious and absolutely the most convenient location for tourists. Really comfortable bed(s). The view from the windows keeps you mesmerized from morning to night, ever changing light providing vistas you want to take home with you. Melissa provided lots of info in many emails and phone calls prior to our arrival. Rod met us and gave us a thorough intro to the flat and its wonders. The welcome package of foodstuff was much appreciated as we arrived in the evening and it allowed us to have breakfast the first morning. Would definitely advise a car to take advantage of all that Victoria and Southern Vancouver Island has to offer. We only hope that we will be able to return and stay again as it was a great holiday. Canadians are welcoming, friendly, polite, and it's easy to learn your way around the city.

Spectacular view in well equiped condo

This condo is in a great location in downtown Victoria, within walking distance to the Legislature, Museum and harbour. The view from the condo is second to none, you could waste hours just looking out the windows. On top of all this, this is one of the best equipped vacation rentals we have stayed in and we have rented literally hundreds on 5 continents. Everything you could want is in the kitchen. There was also coffee, tea, spices, sugar, plus food to get you started for breakfast your first day. The entire place is spotlessly clean, the beds are comfortable. The hosts were very efficient and wonderful to deal with. We were more than happy with this rental and would highly recommend it to others.

Cancellation Policy
Our reservation and cancellation policies must be more restrictive than a large hotel since a cancellation is very disappointing to both the guests and to us as, in most instances, we will have turned away other guests who would have reserved the apartment for your dates.
Our cancellation policy states that, "should you fail to use your confirmed reservation, we reserve the right to retain all funds received as liquidated damages until the unit is re-rented at the same rate for the same time period. If the latter occurs we will retain a $100 CAD administrative fee."
We recommend you consider trip cancellation insurance to protect your vacation.
We are required to charge taxes on all reservations. If your stay however is one month plus one night (or more) taxes are exempt.
