The Loft was a great place to stay, come, and go!
It's not fancy here but this isn't what we came for. This is a low-key place where you can be comfortable, move around in different rooms, make some easy food or reheat your leftovers from the town, sit and relax without being on top of each other. We didn't use the W/D or cook a meal, but it was great for sleeping in, toasting a bagel, drinking coffee, then getting on your way. We ventured around town and came back for mini rests before the next event - this place is perfect for such.
The owner Susie is sweet - we met her at Cafe Max. Cafe Max was our favorite meal, apart from Papa's Pan Pizza. Nothing bad to say about the other restaurants but these were our favorites.
The apartment has great access to Main St. and the fun, eclectic stores. Parking was very easy. Unlike other guests, we were here for the Lake Festival and Culver Homecoming but we never heard noise from below.
There is a historic, downtown, charm while staying here. There are indeed steep stairs to get to the apartments but for us, this was part of the charm!
The apartment was clean, comfortable, and functional. We'd stay here again, for sure! Thanks Susie!
