Built in 1914, The Old School Lodge in Montrose, Colorado, was operated as a public school until 1986. Today, the renovated lodge located on 2.3 acres, is home to the ultimate vacation destination. The schoolhouse themed home features ten large bedrooms, eight with full baths, and one master suite with two rooms and a shared bath. The lodge features 12-foot ceilings and hardwood floors throughout, with easy access to laundry and a picnic area.

Step into the spacious great room, featuring a gas fireplace and wet bar. The new and fully equipped commercial kitchen provides everything necessary to meet any culinary challenge. The dining area is arranged for comfort, but can be adapted to accommodate family gatherings, retreats or business events.
