Ok property needs work
1st off they are not very quick on answering your message or getting back to you.
we didn’t get the code to get in until we landed after multiple messages being sent to get it. Arrived at night so next day got to check the place out more. Place needs a lot of updating, and ceiling is still water stained from hurricane. There were dead bugs in the master bathroom
Shower, and also some kind of live ant with wings looking bugs in the bathroom.
The pool was heated which was nice but not very clean, the bottom is dirty looking and I think needs a good scrubbing.
I was excited to sit out by the canal on the patio furniture that was pictured in the ad but when I went to check that out the furniture was completely full of black mold! Another thing I was looking forward to was waking up in the morning and sitting in the lanai in the quiet but that didn’t t happen either as the guy who cleans the pool was there so I tried the next morning well then he was there mowing the lawn! Which didnt need to be done it was not long at all, I think he was just being nosey tbh. These things should have been done before we got there.
Also beds are old and not very comfy.
I hate to leave a bad review but feel others should know before they book. And too boot was charged $208 for electricity for 4 days! Ridiculous
Would not recommend.
