We loved this house - but the pictures do not show that it is an old historic house with a beautiful addition. There are lots of rooms and nooks and crannies. The grounds are beautiful. The online information and pictures don’t provide a lot of details. There are five full bathrooms, all with showers as well as some with claw tubs. The upstairs in the addition is the master suite and beautiful. The queen suite, also beautiful, is on the first floor of the addition and has access to the deck. The huge deck is wonderful! The three bedrooms with twin beds are upstairs in the oldest part of the house, and is not connected to the upstairs of the addition, and the fifth bedroom is in an ell of the historic house, which online looks like two full beds but are not quite full size. Most beds were comfortable, and bathrooms were clean. Need to watch changes in elevation between rooms in the old part. There were no instructions provided in the house regarding if the many fireplaces worked or not, no WiFi or other electronic instructions, no instruction on the hot tub, had to search for the 12 cup coffee maker which was not clean, limited hand towels and wash cloths, freezer was not clean, and found some dirty dishes in the cupboard. Despite these drawbacks, this place has lots of character and we really enjoyed our stay.
