A five star property should be in perfect order upon check-in. The customer should not need to be responsible for finding issues after check-in. This property could easily be a five star rating if the following were taken care of before we checked in. The hot water to the shower in the main House took 20 to 30 minutes to warm up to use the shower. The drains in the master bathroom would not drain. The home needed a deep clean as there were many cobwebs and dust layers accumulated on surfaces. The furniture in the main house is quality furniture, but is in need of refurbishment. It was very uncomfortable to sit in because you had sink in due to lack of support.
The host was very responsive and answered messages immediately. Again, this would be a five star property if the issues noted did not exist and we’re found after checking in. offering to send a plumber during our visit would’ve been an inconvenience to us and again would not be indicative of a five star property.
We will not stay there again.
