Großzügiges ruhiges gepflegtes Haus mit Pool, sehr zu empfehlen

Wir haben die Woche im Haus sehr genossen, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet,

der Homeservice mäht den Rasen und reinigt den Pool.

Mit dem Auto erreicht man in 5 Minuten mehrere schöne Strände mit teils starker Brandung und kann wunderbar am Strand spazieren gehen. Zum Glück haben wir uns für das Haus in der ruhigen Ferienanlage entschieden und nicht in einem überfüllten Touristenort wie Nazaré gebucht.

'Spacious quiet well-kept house with pool, highly recommended' We enjoyed the week in the house very much, the kitchen is well equipped, the property service mows the lawn and cleans the pool. By car you can reach several beautiful beaches in 5 minutes, with partly strong surf and can have wonderfull walks on the beach. Fortunately, we chose the house in the quiet holiday resort and not in a crowded tourist resort like Nazaré.

Super Villa - alle Erwartungen erfüllt - Danke für eine tolle Zeit!

Wir haben die Villa bei Mark für zwei Wochen im Sommer 2017 gemietet.

Die Vorbereitung lief super! Ich habe mehrmals Kontakt zu ihm gehabt, auch telefonisch, was ich wirklich empfehlen kann. Der Ablauf von Anfragen, Reservierung, Buchung, Bezahlung und schließlich Unterkunft war reibungslos und stets sehr freundlich.

Als wir dann schließlich vor Ort eintrafen, durften wir erfreut feststellen, dass alles, was der Eigentümer auf der Präsentation beschreibt auch mit der Wirklichkeit übereinstimmt. Die Villa ist top ausgestattet und die Räumlichkeiten werden vom Housekeeping sauber und in absolut gutem Zustand gehalten. Das gilt sowohl drinnen als auch draußen.

Wir haben uns zu jeder Tageszeit sehr wohl gefühlt. Weil der Weg zum Strand tatsächlich nur mit Auto (oder auch mit Fahhrädern, die man in der Nähe mieten kann) wirklich gut zu erreichen ist und es während unserer Anwesenheit immer windig und nicht täglich Strand-geeignet war, haben wir uns gerne um den Pool herum aufgehalten.

Sehr gut gefallen hat uns die Idee, dass Gäste Empfehlungen für Restaurants auf einer Pinnwand an der Küche hinterlassen können. Das, zusammen mit den Empfehlungen vom Eigentümer, die ausführlich vorher und auch vor Ort vorhanden sind, hat uns viel Zeit für das Suchen von Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in den engen, zum Teil Serpentinenartigen Straßen der Umgebung erspart. Ich kann allen nachfolgenden Mietern nur raten, auf die Empfehlungen von Mark und Louise zu achten.

Zusammenfassend können wir uns wirklich nur bei Mark für alles rund um unseren Urlaub bedanken!

Ein Weltkasse "Gimmick" ist übrigens der morgendliche Brötchendienst von Antonio. Er kommt jeden Morgen vorbei und kündigt sein Kommen mit einer Fanfare an - absolute Kaufempfehlung!

Bei so viel Positivem gibt es auch ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die man noch verbessern könnte:

- die Sofas im Wohnzimmer sind schon ein wenig heruntergekommen und blättern ab. Zum "Schutz" wurden Tagesdecken darüber gelegt, doch das sieht zum einen nicht so ansehnlich aus und verhindert nicht, dass sich der Bezug weiterhin auflöst

- In den Bädern unten und in kleinen Zimmer oben hätten wir uns über einen Schrank oder ein Regal als Ablagemöglichkeit gefreut

- Die Handtuchständer in den Bädern sind ziemlich verrostet und wackelig - klar, das ist der Luftfeuchtigkeit geschuldet, doch das zusammen mit den fehlenden Ablagen trübt einen super Eindruck.

Thom review ---- We rented Mark's villa for two weeks in summer 2017. The preparation was great! I have had contact with him several times, also by telephone, which I can really recommend. The flow of enquiries, reservation, booking, payment and finally accommodation was smooth and always very friendly. When we finally arrived on the spot, we were pleased to note that everything the owner described on the website also coincides with the reality. The villa is well equipped and the rooms are kept clean by housekeeping and in absolutely good condition. This is true both inside and outside. We felt very comfortable at any time of the day. As the way to the beach is actually only by car (or even with bicycles you can rent nearby) is really good to reach and it was during our presence always windy and not daily beach-suitable, we liked the pool around. We liked the idea that guests can make recommendations for restaurants on a pinboard on the kitchen. This, along with the owner's recommendations, which are available both before and on the spot, saved us a lot of time searching for restaurants and shopping in the narrow streets of the area. I can only advise all subsequent tenants to pay attention to the recommendations of Mark and Louise. In summary, we can only thank Mark for everything about our holiday! A nice little "Gimmick" is the morning bread service of Antonio. He comes by every morning and announces his coming with a fanfare - a purchase is absolutley recommended! With so much positive, there are also a few small things that could be improved: - the sofas in the living room the material is degrading and bits fall off. For the "protection", day blankets were placed on top, but this does not look so handsome on the one hand and does not prevent the sofa to continue to degrade. - In the bathrooms downstairs and in small rooms above we would have a cabinet or a shelf as a storage possibility - The towel racks in the bathrooms are quite rusted and wobbly - clear, that is due to the humidity, but together with the missing trays detract from the overall super impression.

Villa très spacieuse et bien équipée

Très content de notre séjour dans cette villa aux pièces très spacieuses, emplacement calme avec jardin et piscine, très bonnes prestations. Bien situé pour des visites d'Obidos, Nazaré, Fatima, Péniche ....beaucoup d'informations pratiques laissées par les propriétaires sur la villa, les environs (supermarchés, restaurants, visites, plages ....).

Juste une petite remarque pour la salle de bain de la chambre du rez de chaussée où un petit meuble serait appréciable pour pouvoir y déposer nos affaires de toilettes.

Merci aux propriétaires et à la gestionnaire de la villa pour leur disponibilité et leurs attentions.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette villa, le propriétaire est agréable et répond rapidement à nos demandes.

La Maison est bien propre et il y a tout ce qu'il faut, la résidence est calme et c'est à 10 min de plage.

Je recommande cette location.

Clean and luxury villa

Very well maintained villa with an excellent pool where the whole family could relax.

The villa owners and the landlord Lousie are very attentative and gave us first class service whenever we needed something.

Great surfing opportunities around Obidos and Peniche, with the lagoon providing calm water if the surf is too high.

The villa is located remotely though, so a car is essential for reaching good nice restaurants and surf beaches.

Very nice property

The villa is very good, in great condition and with plenty of space. A real bonus was the well equipped kitchen, self catering is important to us and to have a good kitchen is essential, this is, to the extent that even the kitchen knives were sharp and usable!!

Only slight niggle would be that perhaps the offer of a couple of cleaner visits would be good, we would've been happy to pay for these, someone to change the sheets and give the place a onceover would be nice.

Bom Successo is a lovely resort, but you really must have a car, it is a somewhat remote from bars, restaurants or even shops. The nearest bar is only 5 minutes by car, but a full 25 minutes to walk, which in the heat of summer might be a challenge. In the end, that was the only thing that we found a problem on our holiday, to get anywhere other than the Lagoon, admittedly wonderful and beautiful, meant a car journey of at least 25 minutes round very winding, sometimes narrow roads. But, all in all, we had a great times and the owner couldn't have been more helpful.
