This recently remodeled 2 bedroom condo was very comfortable and perfect for a 4 day ski trip. We have stayed in many condos at The Charter and this one was among the best. I highly recommend it.

We love Beavercreek and this condo in the Charter did not disappoint!

The owner went out of her way to make it perfect. There was plenty of firewood for the wood burning fireplace which made our evenings so cozy.

The condo is stocked with everything you could need/want plus a washer/dryer which is invaluable when you are traveling with children.

The location is great - a short walk to the village and there are plenty of shuttles if you don’t feel like walking.

The Charter has every amenity you could ask for.

We were extremely pleased and would definitely stay here again!

We showed up to an absolutely freezing cold unit (below 65 degrees). The owner said, call the front desk. When we called the front desk, they told us this was not a “rental” unit as the owner doesn’t pay to be part of the condo Assoc and they were not allowed to help us. We left and the owner did not refund. She knew I had 2 children under the age of 7, 100% unacceptable!! Shame on her!!

Unfortunately after talking to both the property manager and the concierge accommodations to make us warmer could not be made. The manager acted as if she jumped over hoops to get us wood when we only had a stack delivered and had to keep asking everyday and still had delays. The guest bedroom and bathroom was unusable since it was so cold.

We rented a 2 bedroom but really only had a one bedroom and bathroom that could be used since it was so cold. In the guest room we tried stacking pillows against the window but cold air continued to spill in. The property manager kept saying she was fine when she stayed there a week ago but did not care to have empathy for our situation. The Charter itself is a nice place but would not recommend staying at this VRBO rental. I feel like we should be entitled to some type of refund for our 5 day discomfort. Hope this helps anyone renting in the future.
