Impressionante River Home, vistas de montanha, Hot Tub, 5 Quarto / 4Bath

My husband and I just got married in Rocky Mountain National Park on October 13th, and we were originally seeking a house to stay at with our wedding party for 3 nights, but the owner required a 4 night minimum. Luckily our flight changed (Southwest moved our flight time and we were able to extend our trip an extra day) which meant that we were able to stay for 4 nights. Therefore, this house was perfect for our needs and we were able to book it! There was a small issue with the master bath shower which was immediately addressed as soon as I brought it up to the owner. Otherwise, this house had everything that we needed and the hot tub was a bonus so that we could have some relaxing evenings under the moon and stars with our friends. The house is large and very nice. Would definitely stay there again.

This home was perfectly suited to our group of 9 seniors (4 couples and 1 single), who visit national parks together each year for the last several years. The house was conveniently laid out with spacious living/dining area, deck overlooking Big Thompson River, hot tub, BBQ, well-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms each with king bed, 4 bathrooms. The location (10 minutes drive from eastern entrance to Rocky Mountain NP) was very convenient for exploring the park and the town of Estes Park. Wildlife seen from our house included elk (including a bull elk and cows that strolled along the road in front of the house), red-tailed hawk, deer, squirrels and various birds. The property is well-maintained, clean, and full of extra amenities (like towels and bathrobes for the hot tub, several TVs and DVD players, lots of DVDs, books, and games). We highly recommend this vacation rental!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The setting on the river was probably what everyone liked best. Deer and Elk came down to river to drink as we watched.

Kitchen and living room areas could use some upgrading but was fine for our group. Beds were clean and comfortable for all.

Renting process was very simple.
