Plenty of room for 9 IF you rent the upstairs apartment.

In our group there were 4 kids, 5 adults. We rented the upstairs apartment which had a bed for two adults. There was also a couch in the living room of the apartment, so the apartment could have slept 3. My husband and I were quite comfortable in the apartment. It had its own bathroom,washer, dryer, dishwasher, couch and loveseat. My Mom and dad, son, nephew and 3 nieces slept on the main level of the comfortable home. My Mom and Dad shared a room that had it’s own bathroom. They were quite comfortable with their arrangement. My son and nephew shared a room that shared a bathroom with my 3 nieces, who were sharing a room. Keep in mind that all nieces and nephews were under 11 so this arrangement wouldn’t work if all were adults. All 3 nieces shared a bed and they did complain a bit, yet one of them could have slept on the living room couch and they chose not to. The kitchen and eating area were spacious and all appliances functional. Loved the spacious fridge! Nice little deck off kitchen with grill. All in all it was a very comfortable stay and met all our needs. There’s no air conditioning in this house and while we were there the outdoor temps were in the 80s and with ceiling fans going we were very comfortable. That was a big concern for us and we were not disappointed. My only criticism is there were no beach towels. Supposedly, they were under the bathroom sinks. So beware and take your own beach towels. Also, only one hand towel per bathroom which isn’t enough

Fantastic location, clean and modern

This place was exactly as pictured. Updated, spacious and clean. Walking distance to a nice beach and so many stores and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay. Small annoyances the beach towels were missing and cleaner helped out by purchasing new ones but they were incredibly low quality polyester and not enough of them for our group. Also would’ve been nice to have some extra washcloths (there was only 1 per room but each room was for 2 people). A few extra bath towels would’ve been nice too, there were two per room and no extras. Last minor complaint was only 4 pods for the wash and they were so fragrant, we are fragrance free due to skin sensitivities so it was disappointing. Again all these things were minor and we would book here again without question especially now that we know what to bring to make it work the best for us. I definitely recommend this place.

Perfect house for Lake Tahoe Vacation

This house was perfect for our 8-day stay at South Lake Tahoe. We had a total of 8 people and rented out the loft as well. There was plenty of room for all four couples. The location couldn't have been better. We walked to Heavenly a couple of times and had a grocery store within walking distance. Janan was very responsive and answered any questions we had. Thank you for allowing us to stay! I would recommend this property to anyone. We will definitely be back.

Best Wedding Ever

We got married on Lakeside Beach, not too far from the house. It was a small ceremony with family and friends. We had some of our friends stay with us. Everything we needed was close by. It was beautiful. The property owner checked in on us and was great. Would definitely stay here again
