I stayed there 5/31-6/5/17. The location was great and also beach frontage. It was just a short walk out the back door to the beach.
The condo had plenty of room for the two of us. The furniture, in the living room, was a bit old and on the worn side, but comfortable. The condo itself was in need of "sprucing up". Paint could have been used in many areas. One of the sliding doors that lead to the patio was also off its hinges. The master bedroom did not have a screen on the window, so you could not have the window open (to hear the ocean), because it would let more bugs in. Two years ago we stayed in another unit. It was basically the same condo (design wise), but in the building next door. It was in pristine condition. We had hoped that this unit would have been the same.
The main problem we had was a bad infestation of bugs the first two days, before we could get management out there to spray for them. We saw a couple of Palmito bugs, but the big issue were small brown bugs, about the size of a grain of rice. They were mostly upstairs in the bathrooms and bedrooms. The first two nights we hardly got any sleep, as the bugs kept crawling all over the bed. When one of the maintenance men came by, with some bug spray, he did not know what the were.
Counting taxes, various other fees, etc, the cost was almost $600 a night. For that kind of money, one would expect things to be perfect!
Bottom line, we could not complain about the location, or the beach setting; the condo just needed a little help, especially for what it cost.
