Looked like it had everything you might need. We personally never cooked. I did leave some freshly bought unopened bags of salad and other unopened new stuff in fridge. Hope that was okay, I was hoping the housekeeper would take them. I have never rented a VRBO before so I wasnt sure.
The condo was much larger than I had anticipated. The location is the best, right in the middle of all the fun. Very convenient to have the parking so close to the condo. Such a fabulous little gem. Will definitely book again!
Great location, be prepared to clean
Very nice place. No AC, so be prepared for that. Owner requires significant cleaning at check out, so plan for that, as well. Owner easy to get a hold of.

The location and safety of the property is my favorite. Michael is a dream owner to work with. Always quick to respond. We will stay again.
Condo was clean and well equipped. Perfect location for food, beach and trolley.
We were very disappointed in our stay. My daughter and son in law slept on the sleeper sofas and got bit all over their torso and legs and arms. Also the bathroom off the bedroom stopped flushing. Contacted the owner and never received any help from him. The rent is very reasonable but we won’t stay there again.
Ms Layne’s adult children stayed in my place, from 4/3 to 4/11. She booked the condo but stayed at another, thus her comments to me were second hand. On the 6th after spending three nights, they complained about “bug bites”, and said the two children affected were sleeping in her unit, and didn’t offer any suggestion as to a suitable remedy to the problem (“could you please send an exterminator?”) . After I responded wanting to know which bed, she responded "both, and the bedroom toilet doesn’t flush”. Unfortunately, “doesn’t flush” didn’t tell me enough to know what needed to be done. My housekeeper regularly flushes BOTH toilets during the post stay cleaning, so I know they were working when they got there, and I have plungers in each bathroom encase the guest tries to flush something they shouldn’t. And again Ms. Layne didn’t elaborate as to the exact problem or a remedy.
I arrived on the 11th and found that both toilets worked properly, as for the beds, I went to Lowes and bought cans of bed bug spray for each of the beds. Still a mystery to me is how the two children could sleep on the beds for two nights before they got the bug bites on the third?
I have been a VRBO owner for almost ten years and I respect my guest time to enjoy their stay. Thus with each “repair” my response is tempered with the severity of the problem, the length of stay of my guest, and time remaining in their stay. For example I would not call a repairman to go in and disturb my guest for a hour or so over a minor issue on the second to last day of a week long stay.
