Holiday home on the Atlantic Ocean with private access to the sea and salt water pool renewed weekly. Light decor and bright colors for a happy and peaceful stay. Garden, porch and barbecue built for socializing and relax.
The house as plot of 600 square meters, with a very nice 3 bedrooms, dining and living room oriented to the garden, pool and sea.
Great to do the meals at the barbecue and have fun by the pool. Very nice to go to the sea by the private access.
There are a Smart TV, Sound Dock and WIFI for your needs to have a great pleasure.
Have a game room very nice to kids with some games and playstation.
All You need for a great family holidays!!!

A little paradise

We were a party of six people and did very much enjoy our stay in Carla's and André's house. The house has been furnished with an exquisite taste and much love. It is a piece of art that seamlessly fits into the wonderful spot at the top of the cliff. If you are worried about the proximity to the highway or the nearby airport, then you can rest assured that neither of them is the slightest problem. The house is situated well below the highway and even on the backside of the house you can hardly hear anything. And when sitting in the lovely garden or at the magnificent pool, all you hear is the sound of the breakers. The occasional take-off or landing of airplanes are absolutely no problem. There are no flights during the night and during daytime they are infrequent and not annoying at all - on the contrary: from time to time we would even check the scheduled flights in order not to miss the passing of the next airplane. We had a lot of fun watching the approaching machines and betting whether there would be a touch-and-go or not. We did very much appreciate the warm welcome and hospitality. André has many valuable tips to give and knows a lot about good and inexpensive restaurants. There are even some very good restaurants within walking distance - perfect if you like to have a glass of wine. We can warmly and in every aspect recommend to stay at this wonderful place and would definitely love to return there someday!

Beautiful house on the sea.

The holiday in Madeira was very pleasant. The house is beautiful with a magnificent landscaped garden by the sea with pool. The property is located 5 minutes drive from the airport in a very quiet place. For transportation you need a car, and in no time you can reach Funchal or Machico. The accommodation has everything you need, including cable TV and wifi. The owners are friendly and helpful, I would recommend this place to everyone.

Beautiful house with wonderful hosts

This place was unbelievably beautiful. The house big enough for a family and is very well maintained. We had absolutely no issues in or around the house. As nice as the house was we were almost never inside it. The outdoor living space is not only picturesque but it has plenty to do between the pool, ping pong/foosball, and just sitting around in the ample outdoor seating. The host andre was so nice. While we didn’t need him, he checked in to make sure we were ok and gave us some excellent recommendations. The location was a relaxing walk into Santa Cruz where there were shops, stores, and a number of places to get food. My family and I all enjoyed everything about our stay at this wonderful house right on the sea.

Incredible location

The Salt water villa was amazing. The location just can't be beat. It's on a small side street where there are only about 10 other homes all right on the water. every room except the kitchen has an unobstructed views of the ocean. It's close enough to Funchal for easy sightseeing trips but way better than staying in the city. The home is warm and charming with a true throw back villa feel. The only down side is the home is in the path of airport but honestly it's not that big of a detraction. Andre was wonderful to deal with and very easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay there again!

Excellent villa in a Fabulous location

This is an amazing villa , in a fabulous location near Santa Cruz and Airport . Although conveniently near the VR1, we did not hear any traffic, just flights from the airport, which we loved spotting. It was next to the coast, and swimming in the Salt Walter pool was fabulous… even in February. The host Andre met us at the start and end. The villa was very clean, comfortable, well equipped and spacious with typical Portuguese decor. We did not use the games room, but would be good for younger kids. The BBQ was great on some nights, and other nights it was a short walk along the coast to Santa Cruz to sample their restaurants.

Your stay in this house is really important to us. We are really pleased to open the doors and show you our house for your dream holiday. Since our child were born, we’ve had the most perfect and fun weekends that we can remember on the island. This year (2015), we decided to improve the house by painting it fresh as well as furnishing it with the latest trend.
Carla’s taste was essential since she is a really good architect and loves to paint as a free time activity. As such, all the frames and painting you can see were made by her. We put our hearts into this so loved house and we really hope to pass our good vibes to everyone that decides staying here.
We promise you only the best and deeply hope that our goals can be fully accomplished.
