· For your convenience this is a self-check in property and keyless apartment

· This apartment is above a restaurant bar that closes at 1am, on occasion music can be heard upstairs

· Check-in details and access code will be emailed to you the day before arrival

· There isn’t a lift, your accommodation is located on the third floor

· To stay toasty, your apartment has a centrally managed heating system

· Due to its location, the apartment doesn't have air-conditioning. Several of the windows open and if it warms up in the summer, we’re happy to provide fans, just let us know  

· A welcome pack of bed linen, towels, toiletries, and cleaning supplies are provided. If you’re staying longer than a few days, we can arrange for fresh sets at an extra cost

· Maximum occupancy is 4 people

· We’re committed to ensuring your apartment is safe and sparkling clean and maintain rigorous cleaning processes across all our properties.


Frankie’s No-Nos

It’s a pleasure to have you stay, and while we’re live, laugh, love about most things, all guests are asked to follow Frankie’s no-nos:

· No Smoking - smoking indoors is not allowed anywhere in the apartment for Health and Safety. Please smoke outside of the apartment and dispose of any cigarettes carefully.

· No Parties – we know you’re here to have a good time but let’s be clear, strictly no parties allowed.  

· No Pets – we love fur babies but sorry, no pets allowed, not even small ones.

Check-in: Rock up anytime from 3pm onwards – the lock box is located five minutes from the apartment Check-out: 10am (Frankie Says…set your alarm! Accidentally dozing off and checking out later means you may be charged an extra night.)

Accueil agreable et en francais
L'appartement est agreable et tres bien situe. L'accueil a ete efficace, agreable, et en francais, on a ete mis dans les meilleures dispositions pour commencer notre sejour a Londres.

Very good....but lots of stairs!
I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. It was in a great neighborhood - seemed trendy, close to Oxford Circus and all of its shops, close to two tube stations making downtown London very accessible, yet still very friendly and down-to-earth. There was a great pub across the street and an even better Italian restaurant right on the corner. The apartment was clean and bright and had all of the amenities you would want (kettle, coffee maker etc). The one surprising thing for me (clearly i did not read the advert closely enough) is that the apartment is on the third floor of a walk-up building (this means - four floors up as the ground floor doesn't count as floor 1). I wasn't expecting this. While going up and down 4 flights of stairs was good exercise for me, it wouldn't be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. There is no lift. Also, the managers of the apartment have no ability to keep your suitcases or hold them for you should you be flying in early in the morning and not able to check into the flat until afternoon. I left my bags at Victoria Station Left Luggage Centre - so this is not an unsurmountable difficulty, but it does add cost and time to your first day in London. Finally, the matress in the bedroom is not great - probably should be updated. It is rather hard. In spite of these three limitations, I would stay there again - for sure. But I do hope they change the mattress.
