Casa la Loggia is part of Villa il Corso , stands 850 metres above sea level and is surrounded by flowers and chestnut woods. The villa is situated in upper Valtiberina, at the border between Tuscany and Umbria, in an area rich in suggestive views and in small and big historical towns of art and culture. The valley is scattered with medieval villages, monasteries and ancient castles, where numerous Renaissance artists, such as Michelangelo, Piero della Francesca, the Della Robbias and Vasari, were born.
Tha Villa is divided in 4 appartaments, in one live the owners. Casa la Loggia can accomodate 4 persons , has its own table in the garden with barbecue and share a children’s playground and the marvellous swimming pool with Casa il Fienile ( 5 persons) and Casa il Seccatoio ( 5 persons ) . It is 5 kilometres from Lippiano , climbing up to the hills. The last 2 kilometres is white road. The spot is perfect for those who love nature and privacy.
Casa la Loggia measures 60 square feet. The apartment composes of kitchen, 1 double bedroom ( + a cot for baby ), 1 double bedroom with two single beds and 1 bathroom with shower.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer , cattle and coffee machine.
