if like us your looking for privacy,peace & quiet,and good pool in a traditional village then this sensitively restored stone house ticks all the boxes. It may not have the latest high end household equipment but everything works fine and serve to make it feel even more homely and frances and khalil are superb hosts. This experience was a joy and will be hard to beat

What a lovely first visit to Cyprus, made all the more enjoyable by the helpfulness of Frances and Kahlil. To be met at the airport late at night after a long flight and then driven to the villa was wonderful, as was finding the well stocked fridge and welcome basket. What a difference not to have the usual stress of sorting out a hire car and finding food essentials on arrival!

The villa was as lovely as the photographs and the pool was just heavenly. The Wifi signal was better than at home (very important with a teenager in tow!) We loved the peaceful village setting and, with Tabitha the cat keeping us company, it really felt like a home from home. The car, though not in the first flush of youth, was ideal for exploring across the Akamas pennisula and into the Troodos mountains. Kathikas, nearby, was very good for restaurants, especially The Farmyard where both service and menu were excellent. There is just so much to see and do - we simply ran out of time.

The villa is super and I would highly recommend this lovely holiday home. Frances could not have been more attentive and was always there at the end of the phone to sort out any problems that might have arisen or if you needed advice. It was definitely one of the most relaxing holidays we've ever had. Thank you so much.

E' stato un soggiorno molto piacevole ... le piante in giardino donano un'ombra molto gradevole e la piscina è davvero impagabile!

La casa è molto accogliente e comoda , non manca nulla, unico piccolo appunto sarebbe da cambiare per usura la cucina a piastre elettriche

Amazing villa, well equipped with all you should need. Perfect for unwinding, very quiet and with privacy. Pool was fantastic, as was the car which comes in with the price. You'll find it hard to leave the villa though! Frances and kahlil are very knowledgable of the surrounding area, offering good advice on local villages/restaurants etc. We shall be back again!

This villa is, just as described, a very homely, well-equipped and peaceful place hidden on the bushy hill slopes of the Kritou Terra village. Shops, restaurants and beaches are not available within a walking distance, but the reliable 4x4 included in the rental takes you there in just ten minutes. The house is well maintained and the hosts very helpful and friendly. Marvelous beaches for snorkeling can be found in the Akamas peninsula, and nice restaurants in the nearby villages. We warmly recommend this villa to families and those seeking a peaceful location with opportunities for various kinds of activities.

Huvila on erittäin kodikas ja hyvin varusteltu, rauhallinen paratiisi Kritou Terran kylän rinteellä. Luksusta lomailuun tuo oma uima-allas. Palveluja ei omalta kylältä löydy, mutta vuokraan sisältyvä luotettava nelivetoauto vie kaupoille ja ravintolaan nopeasti. Huvila on hyvin pidetty ja varusteltu ja isäntäväki ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Finnair lentää nykyisin myös Pafokseen, mutta me saimme kohtuuhintaisen kyydin Larnakan lentokentältä ja takaisin suoraan huvilan ovelta, mikä oli todella mukava lisäpalvelu. Lähistöltä löytyy rantoja moneen makuun, hiekkarannoista kallioisiin snorklausparatiiseihin. Päätiet ovat hyväkuntoisia, kaukaisemmille rannoille vievät vuoristotiet vaativia mutta kaikista selvittiin maltilla. Kohde sopii hyvin perheille ja muille rauhaa ja virkistysmahdollisuuksia hakeville.
