Superb casa de 3 quartos, totalmente climatizado, piscina privada, praia, golfe

Good location 5 mins walk from restaurants (recommend Cafeteria Concierto - 3 Euro for full breakfast; about 8 Euro for very wide choice of main meals up to 16 Euro for Rib-eye)

We had difficulty finding the villa as Google and other maps could not identify the address on the booking form - I asked the owner if it was on the corner of 2 specific streets and she wrote back to say YES. Unfortunately we went into the open door of No 15 at that corner to find a lady asleep on the couch - Oops - wrong house - Sorry! Found it with help from Karen and Grahame who were waiting for us on behalf of the owner. It is a nice villa and our only problem was broken sun loungers fastened together with sticky tape.

Villa was perfect for our stay with a great selection of bars and restaurants 2 mins walk away with a nice chilled out atmosphere,would particularly recommend cafe concierto,if U like to stay around the villa during the day the pool is perfect for just lazing around would definitely recommend the villa and hope to return soon

6 of us stayed in July 2019 for a family holiday for my mums 50th. The villa was spotlessly clean and the pictures on here are very outdated - we were pleasantly surprised when we got there! All the rooms are much more spacious than you think they are going to be, the master bedroom has a cute little balcony. Karen and her partner who look after the property met us there on arrival, they were super friendly, answered all our questions and brought us a welcome pick of essentials as it was a late check in. The next day Karen took us to a brilliant supermarket, doing 2 trips each way as we couldn’t all fit in her car, for just a small fee which was more than we could have asked for. When I told Karen I was planning on buying a lilo for the pool, she insisted that we don’t buy our own and the next day brought round her own lilo’s for us to use for the duration of our stay! One of our party had to leave 2 days earlier than anyone else and Karen offered to take him to the airport for just a small fee that saved him getting a taxi or bus. Karen and Graham were fantastic to us for the duration of our stay and we can’t thank them enough.

The location of the villa is ok for a short while however for longer stays we would advise renting a car. My fiancé and I ventured to the beach which is a walkable distance but in the 35+ degree heat was not so enjoyable. There are a few bars and places to eat 2 minutes away which are brilliant, Clarke’s bar has entertainment most nights including a pub quiz and karaoke there is also a corner shop but other than that everything else is a little bit further away and if it’s hot it’s a mission to walk (and we are very active people). Murphys bar cocktails were incredible - highly recommend!

Overall we had a brilliant stay, however there are a few little bits that need seeing to, the air con in the living room doesn’t work, the toilet seat upstairs has a tiny crack in it making it uncomfortable to sit on, the air con in the twin room upstairs is extremely loud when the others are all quiet (difficult to sleep with this on) and a broken seat outside but all in all great value for money and far more plus points than negatives. If you want an active holiday you may want to stay closer to more amentities but if you just want to relax, the essentials are nearby and the pool is a godsend!

The villa was ok but is in need of some TLC the pool was unable to be used for the first 2 days due to needing treatment due to the pool being green( as people in villa before us hadn’t used it ) and also a day towards the end where the pool looked A bit green and cloudy so wasn’t used and there are quite a few tiles that have broken off probably due to the age of the pool but the kids kept catching the feet on the areas on the ones in the step area there were more that were broken in the deep end .

But I have to say that Karen and Grahame were really good and help with a lot of the problems and as they have only recently taken over I’m sure it will be gettting a lot better as time goes on

But I would still like to say thanks for the stay in the villa

even with the problems we still had a good stay

La casa muy bien equipada.

Muy mal la calefacción del comedor y de la habitación de matrimonio no funcionaban.. y por el aparato del aire de la habitación. De matrimonio entraban avispas.

El térmo eléctrico muy pequeño no podíamos ducharnos más de dos personas y rápido sino se gastaba y salía fría. Por lo demás todo muy bien
