Great fall vacation
Nice apartment, great amenities (pool, fitness center, bar and restaurant), nice proximity to the village, generally peaceful.
Good location, clean condo
This condo is in The Charter. There is an underground garage (note 7'-0" height limit) for parking. The condo is on the 3rd floor of building 1. The Charter is a little confusing to navigate, but once the stairs at building #1 were replaced, it was easy to walk to/from Beaver Creek village. The condo was spacious and clean. There is no A/C, but if you leave the windows open at night, it will cool down. Plenty of amenities to cook/eat in and plenty of towels (shower + pool). There were several dogs in the building (including ours), but the condo is pretty soundproof, so there was no issue with noise. Overall, a nice place to stay.
Charter Condo in Beaver Creek
Overall, the unit was acceptable and we loved Beaver Creek. The stay started poorly, with very inadequate front desk staff (slow and not very organized), an ongoing construction project at the Charter which we had not been alerted to which affected our arrival by car, and an issue with the accuracy of the listing. The listing indicated the unit had A/C, but that was false. The unit was extremely hot on arrival due to high temps in Beaver Creek area the week prior to our arrival, and there were no fans in the unit, so it was very difficult to cool down. One of the bedrooms did not even have a window, only a door without a screen, so it could not be opened without letting bugs in. We did phone the VACASA agent, who said the listing was indeed incorrect, but it was several days after we returned home when we finally got appropriate compensation. VACASA Customer Service management did take care of our complaint very well in the end. The unit was generally clean, with the exception of the outdoor patio which was littered with dog food kibbles and other garbage. Once the unit was cooled down, we enjoyed it very much for the remainder of our stay. The hotel restaurant food and staff were fantastic, though the breakfast was only a Grab and Go format. We had two really nice dinners at the Charter, excellent!! The pool was outstanding, very clean and the staff were always making sure it was taken care of. The location of the unit was very good, easy walking to town center, though the construction at the entrance to the Charter made things a bit more complicated getting in and out of the hotel. The place was quiet and relaxing. Now that we know what to expect, we would definitely return to the same location.

Room to improve
Apartment cleaning needs to be more thorough. The resort was closed and this was not noted in the listing or the email confirmation therefore all the amenities were not available

The pool and hot tubs are the best. Conveniently located because our room is in Building 1, closet to the Village.
