WORST PLACE IN MIDLAND
AVOID AT ALL COST. The Manager and the Owner do not care about you or your stay. All they care about is getting your money at all cost. The house is old and outdated. There is a musty-mildew smell that reminds me of a damp wet basement. There are holes in the walls. The carpet on the stairs is ratty, old torn and disgusting. The screen door is torn. The yard hasn't cut in a long time and is cluttered with rusty metal. Several of the outlets are missing surge protectors and you see what looks like mold around them, all corroded. I told the Manager that I absolutely hated the house but she did not care. I understand there is a "no refund" policy but still; I am an Owner and it is simple to give a refund with the click of a botton; the policy is not written in stone and is at the discrestion of the Owner or Manager. I just call greed in this case and a lack of care for my dislike of the property. I did not even stay one night. I left and had to pay more money to get a hotel. After explaining my complaints, the Manager just accused me of wanting a hotel and argued with me. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all. I have NOTHING good to say about this property or the Manager or the Owner. They run other properties also. Just make sure that you DON'T rent from them or you will be disapointed. Also there were tack holes in the bedroom, the furnature was old and smelly and pealing paint. Just a BAD BAD place. ZERO STARS. I wish I had the option to give negative-stars. AVOID AVOID AVOID! My recomemdation to the Owner is fire this Property Manager because she does not have their best interest in mind. All they care about is getting their commission. They don't care about the customers, they don't care about the property and they don't care about the Owner. WORST PROPERTY AND WORST PROPERY MANAGER IN MIDLAND.
As stated in our phone conversation, you stayed one night and the call to complain of a “smell” you couldn’t explain came up the 2nd NIGHT. You didn’t call during regular business hours, but at 8pm and we still answered right away! We always answer our phones and text. It had been raining all week and I said I could have housekeeping come right over and address ALL issues you had. Your response was “No, the apartment is very clean just don’t like the smell. Then you proceeded to tell me the hotel you originally had booked opened up for the remainder of your stay and you would rather go there. We go above and beyond to make our customers happy. I’m sorry you had a bad experience. We don’t have any negative reviews on any of our homes and constantly have repeat clients who stay without hesitation. This apartment is in a beautiful and safe neighborhood of Midland. The furniture was all purchased within 1 year and we keep it very clean. Again I’m sorry you opted out of staying and letting us address the issue. God Bless you!

This property is as described -- but I really didn't read into the description very well (my fault). It did not list cable or a microwave -- but I just assumed those were basic items. The place is basically a hotel room.
