Best Location on the Island

Coco Point Cottage is our favorite place to stay on Green Turtle Cay! We love the large private dock and being on Coco Bay with the sea turtles and stingrays. The cottage is also close to two of our favorite restaurants, the Green Turtle Club and The Boathouse. Margaret the property manager is wonderful and Joe the homeowner is very responsive and great to work with. We cant wait to return!

Paradise

The property itself is absolutely stunning, sitting right in Coco Bay. We rented a 23' boat for the week and explored as much as possible with some pretty high winds for the first few days. Between fly fishing for barracuda, sharks and other tropical fish, to snorkeling for conch and spearfishing for lobster, to sightseeing turtles, rays and sharks, this place was absolutely stunning. The water was beautiful and the locals are among the friendliest I have ever encountered. Marg was amazing with communication and helped us out whenever we needed her. This location, as well as this house are an absolute must! We will be making this an annual trip from now on...hopefully!

A Slice of Paradise on Green Turtle Cay!

Our stay at the Coco Point Cottage on Green Turtle Cay was nothing short of spectacular. The house itself was spacious and beautifully furnished, with three comfortable bedrooms that were perfect for our group. The amenities, including air conditioning, a TV, washer and dryer, and internet, made our stay comfortable and convenient. The location was a dream come true. Nestled in the heart of the Bahamas, the views were breathtaking, and the deep-water dock added an extra layer of excitement to our vacation. The host was incredibly accommodating and ensured that our stay was hassle-free. The property was clean, well-maintained, and every detail was taken care of. What truly sets this property apart is its serene atmosphere. Whether we were sipping coffee on the patio in the morning, or watching the sunset over the water in the evening, we felt a sense of peace and relaxation that is hard to come by. To top it all off every evening we would jump off the dock to swim with the local sea turtles. In summary, our stay at Coco Point Cottage was a memorable experience. It offers the perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and adventure. We can't wait to return to this slice of paradise. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation in the Bahamas!

We had the best time. The pictures do not do this home justice. The location was perfect and we will be back! Marg was amazing and very communicative. Thanks again for a great stay!
