We previously visited this apartment in 2010 and it was good to find it in the same excellent condition, very clean and with a few added attention to details. It is great to find an apartment where a lot of thought has gone into the final furnishings & equipiment.

Wir verbrachten zu viert (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) 10 Tage im Oktober 2011 in der Finca Rafal de Baix. Ein wunderschönes Objekt mittlerer Größe, das gut ausgestattet ist und für vier Personen genug Platz bietet, auch auf Grund des Vorhandenseins zweier Bäder.

We stayed in the Autumn 2012, a very nice holiday in the villa Tanqueta. To10 adults, we had plenty of space, the house is also perfectly adequate for 12 adults. The 4 bathrooms are very well equipped. The whole house is very neat, clean, tidy and spacious.

We spent two great weeks on the villa! The location is perfect, you can access nearby town easily by foot/bike for restaurants and groceries. Beaches are just a 10-15min drive away. The golf course is around the corner. It is really a peaceful villa to spend a family vacation.

Das Appartment ist genau wie auf den Fotos beschrieben...sehr schön modern eingerichtet. Die Küche enthält wirklich alles was man braucht.
Der zentrale Marktplatz mit vielen Restaurants und Cafés ist allerdings wirklich nur 3 min.

The description on the website does not do this property justice. It is a superb villa with character but with tasteful modern elements e.g, air conditioned rooms, large fridge, cooker etc. it boasts a large terrace with a rustic table and benches that easily sits 8 people with all their food.

I visited here Aug 2008, wasn't sure what to expect because it was our first time of trying a villa we normaly use appartment and holiday reps. But fancied organising it ourselves this year. I went with my husband and two children aged 7 and 9 years.

Eucentro was very accurately described by the owners and lived up to most of our expectations.The house was perfectly clean and comfortable and located only five minutes stroll from the main square. It is more of a house than an apartment being completely self contained.

Wir haben zu 9 Personen in der Finca eine wunderbare Woche verbracht. Jedes Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer, ein Bad mit WC im Außenbereich... es gab nie Probleme. Ein großer Pool mit ausreichenden Liegen, Sitzgelgenheiten im Freien und überdacht, sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Alles in sehr gutem Zustand.

Bei bestem Frühlingswetter genoßen wir (5 wanderfreudige Pärchen) die wirklich großzügige Finca mit Haus, Pool und dem schönen Garten (den Rosmarin zum Fleisch gab es direkt vom Strauch). Wir hatten ausreichend Platz zum Speisen sowohl drinnen als auch auf verschiedenen Terrassen draußen.

We found the villa and the surrounding countryside lovely, well situated for Pollenca & Puerto Pollenca. The owners are very helpful, we had a great holiday and will definitely be going again.
