Our family (husband and I and three sons aged 18,17 and 12) had a great holiday at this apartment. It was extremely clean and very well equiped and was in a very quiet residential area yet close to the Metro station for easy access to the main attractions.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and it is still perfect! Iris and Hans are so nice and helpfull and the house is very clean and comfortable.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich mit viel Sorgfalt ausgestattet worden.Farblich ist alles aufeinander abgestimmt tolles Ambiente!! In den 2 begehbaren Schränken ist viel Platz auch für die Koffer.
In der Küche findet man alles, was man für die Selbstversorgung braucht!

Excellent accomodation. Well furnished in all rooms - absolutely everything you need in the kitchen to support your stay. Even had some cooking oil, salt, sugar, other condiments, even coffee etc from previous occupants (ie not completely cleared out as has been my experience in other holiday...

Idealer Ausgangs- und Rückzugspunkt für Berlin-Exkursionen, in wenigen Minuten an S&U-Bahn, ruckzuck in Stadtmitte.

This apartment seems to have been recently renovated (with some small finishing touches required) and is very modern and comfortable. Being on the third storey it has three flights of stairs. The whole building appears to be gradually being renovated and when climbing up to our apartment we walked...

We loved this apartment--modern, stylish, comfortable, and immaculate, with a kitchen I'd like to take home to Seattle with me. There are numerous good restaurants and bakeries within a five-minute walk of the apartment and a lovely park just half a block away.

I was part of a group of 9 friends staying in the apartment whilst visiting Berlin for the World Athletic Championships 2009. The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. When we arrived the owner was very helpful and was on hand to show us round the property.

We had the pleasure of spending a week in Stephan's beautifully and professionally decorated loft. The apartment exceeded all our expectations. Stephan and his mother were most hospitable, bilingual folks who were kind and flexible to meet our needs.

Herrlich viel Platz (über 100qm für 3 Zimmer), bester Zustand und perfekte Ausstattung für ein Zuhause auf Zeit. Gegenüber einem kleinen Hotelzimmer hat diese Wohnung nur Vorteile, speziell im Winter ist man...

Wir haben Pfingsten diese Wohnung mit 6 Erwachsenen angemietet. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an total wohl. Die Ausstattung ist nicht nur erstklassig, sondern es sind die vielen Details, die diese Wohnung zu etwas Besonderem machen.

We recently stayed in this beautiful apartment, with my two daughters and their husbands (6 of us in all). The apartment (loft) is even nicer than the pictures. It is very large, and Stephan has done an outstanding job of refurbishing an older building with lovely and well built furnishings.

This is a beautiful, quaint apartment, located within three blocks from the Gesundbrunnen U and S Bahn stations and the Gesundbrunnen Shopping mall...which has everything you will need...a grocery store...with a liquor store...book store, clothing store, ATM, etc.

There was 3 of us staying in this apartment.There was good contact details & information via emails before arriving. Plenty of room in the bedroom & a good bed settee in sitting room. Fully equipped kitchen & nice bathroom. Every thing was spotless clean.

My husband and I stayed here for a week and we loved everything about our experience. The location was perfect, very close to a u-bahn stop and 2 grocery markets. It's also a short walk away from one of our favorite art and design shops, Modulor.

This is a beautiful, clean apartment with new furnishings. Stephan cheerfully greeted us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the apartment. The layout was comfortable, and the location on a courtyard was quiet and peaceful.

Wir haben eine rundum erholsame und entspannte Silvester-Urlaubswoche in der sehr ordentlichen und sauberen Wohnung verbracht. Hier fühlt man sich schon direkt nach der herzlichen Begrüssung durch die Vermieter wie zu Hause.
Die Wohnung bietet alles wie beschrieben, es fehlt an nichts.

Lena wasn't free to meet us when we arrived, but her boyfriend, Lars, was there and was very helpful and welcoming.
We were pleasantly pleased with the apartment. The photos are accurate, and the place was very clean and tidy.

Very modern apartment, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean. Had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Huge bedroom, huge bed, nice linens. Great area with many restaurants, cafes, boutiques, galleries. Very close to the metro and the tram. Minutes to the city center.

Die Ausstattung und die Extras dieser Wohnung gingen weit über das was beschrieben ist hinaus. Unsere einjährige Tochter hat das Spielzeug mit Begeisterung angenommen und hatte viel Platz zum toben in dieser Wohnung. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, entspannt und unaufgeregt.

Die Wohnung ist sehr nett, sauber und komfortabel. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, gibt gern Tips. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal mitten am Prenzlauer Berg mit all den Kneipen, Restaurants und Cafes.
Jederzeit wieder gerne!

Just spent 3 nights in Berlin with my wife and 2 friends. This was our first time in an apartment in Berlin and we picked a good one.

The location is first class with a lot of the sights within walking distance and access to the excellent public transport also first rate.

A very nice appartment, clean, full of light and comfortable. Super markets, busses, U-Ban in the neighborhood.

If we come backto Berlin again, no doubt we will choose the same appartment. We deeply recommend it.

Ute is a very nice and cooperating woman. Our warmest thanks and regards to her.

Michael is a very friendly host. Everything was as it said in the advert, even better. The apartment is very beatiful and in a very convenient area, and well comunicated, in the center of Berlin. Michael was very helpful and kind. Perfect to stay in Berlin and to have a really nice holiday.

My husband and I stayed here in November 2012 in this gorgeous Apartment. It's very modern, clean, quiet and cozy. This is a very safe and pristine neighborhood, and the Building is in a prime location with access to the famous Kudamm which will only take seconds to reach.

This apartment had a variety of 'Positive'' and 'Negative' qualities. Starting with the 'Positives' - great location to most tourist destinations and tube access 100 meters away. Very quiet most of the time.
