We had an absolutely wonderful time staying in this flat in Prague. The accommodations were comfortable and pleasant; the flat is so well appointed and homey. The beds were excellent, the kitchen has all you need for full meal preparation, a washer, which reduced the amount of clothing we had to bring for a ten day stay, a full bath with Jacuzzi and an additional toilet which was very nice because there were five of us sharing the flat for part of the time. Everything was clean and worked just fine and we really appreciated the little library of guidebooks even though we'd brought a few of our own. And it was just perfect (essential I guess for finding information) to have Internet access. The owner has a local manager and is also very responsive to any questions or concerns.

In addition, the flat is located in the most convenient area imaginable for a visit to Prague. The Prague Castle is a short and interesting walk in one direction and the Charles Bridge a short walk the other way. The neighborhood has an excellent produce market, a deli, grocery stores, a butcher. This was a perfect home base from which we explored the city on foot for more than a week. We are hoping to return in spring or summer.

The only caution is that the flat is two flights up a very narrow, and for the last flight, extremely steep, spiral staircase. The flight is well lit and has an excellent handrail, but it is very steep and narrow. It would be hard negotiate the staircase if you are not reasonably fit.

Perfect for our family of four. Location is the best feature of this place. Walk up a narrow cobblestone street into your quiet getaway. The apartment is huge and well appointed. We loved it! (as mentioned in other reviews, the stairs are quite steep... but this just added to the cool ambience of the place for us)

Our family (2 adults, 2 children) stayed at this apartment for a long weekend in February. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to families looking for more space than what you'd normally have in a hotel room. The location is very good - walking distance to many restaurants, 5-10 minutes to the Charles Bridge, and 2-3 minutes to a small grocery store. We'll be recommending it to our friends! Thanks, Anna!

We were very happy with the apartment. We stayed for five nights and would love to go back. The apartment was very comfortable, well lit and a warm escape from the snow in December. Situated in an ideal location - although only a stone's throw away from Charles Bridge it was nestled in a quiet laneway - a welcome relief from the crowd. The area abounds in restaurants, shops and cafes. Be sure to eat at the restaurant just outside the apartment - authentic, warm and friendly . The spiral stairs can be tricky to navigate so large suitcases not recommended.

Comfortable, warm, spacious flat, in quiet location in the centre of Prague. Ideal for sightseeing without a car.
As the flat is on the 2nd floor, it would not be suitable for people with mobility problems.

We stayed for a week in early May, 2010. What a convenient location - within walking distance of excellent restaurants, the Charles Bridge, and public transportation. The apartment itself is one of the finest lodgings we've stayed at and we would highly recommend this beautiful, comfortable apartment to anyone considering a longer-term stay in Prague.

Had a fantastic relaxed first trip to Prague. This apartment was lovely, extremely well-equipped and comfortable. Much amusement was had over the spiral staircase up to the apartment!! Shops and restaurants nearby. The owner was very helpful and provided useful advice re: our trip. Would recommend this apartment to anyone planning a trip to Prague, we will be back in the future!
