O Villa Theodora está no ponto mais alto da península Kassandra, em um resort integrado na zona rural. A instalação é uma entidade privada, bem conservado e tudo é construído a partir de materiais naturais. O complexo é um tradicional restaurante grego, logo abaixo da adega de vinho maior na Grécia. Um pequeno supermercado e um café com deslumbrantes vistas do mar também estão disponíveis. A região é famosa pelo ar extremamente saudável, o grande conteúdo de bronze do solo, o que torna a energia positiva, as belas florestas e os banhos termais na vila próxima. É o local ideal para descanso e relaxamento, ideal para famílias com crianças. A moradia tem o seu próprio estacionamento móveis de jardim, feita de madeira maciça, churrasqueira na varanda, cozinha completa, 3 quartos, um quarto com uma cama de beliche, 2 banheiros, e tem tudo que você precisa.

Paradiesische Ruhe mit tollem Meerblick

Sehr schönes und ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus in einer Anlage mit insgesamt 14 Häusern. Die meisten werden nicht vermietet und von den griechischen Besitzern zu unserer Reosezeit nur am Wochenende genutzt. So waren wir die meiste Zeit alleine und hatten viel Ruhe und den Pool für uns. Das Haus hat eine große, überdachte Terrasse mit Holzmöbeln und Grillkamin. Alles ist sauber. Es fehlen nur einige Kleinigkeiten in der Küche (Pfanne, Schere, Wasserkocher), dann wäre es absolut perfekt. Wir haben uns in der Villa Theodora sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus jedem empfehlen, der einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen will. Auto ist ein Muß- dann ist man in wenigen Minuten an diversen schönen Stränden.

zwei wundervolle Wochen und trotzdem zu kurz

Wir kommen sicher wieder, soooo gut hat´s uns gefallen. Echt schönes Haus mit Wiese und Pool vor der Tür und eingerichtet wie ein Ferienhaus eben sein soll, mit allem drum und dran. Da hat eine echt mitgedacht. Vermieter steht für Fragen zwar nur über Handy zur Verfügung ist aber meistens erreichbar bzw. ruft immer zurück. Ohne Auot geht hier zwar gar nix aber das weiß man ja. Und mit dem Auto liegt einem ganz Kassandra zu Füßen. Tolle Buchten und Strände, viele Bars und Tavernen und Kalithea lädt ein zum shopping. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Wir werden die Villa Theodora zu Hause auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

schöner und erholsamer Urlaub

Mit dem buchen fängt´s an: Anfrage beim Vermieter wird umgehend beantwortet, für weitere Fragen einfach anrufen. Gut informiert kamen wir an und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Schönes Reihenhaus mit guter Ausstattung. Bad ist zwar für 4 etwas klein, muß man sich eben abwechseln. 3 Schlafzimmer und großes Wohnzimmer mit angeschlossener Küche bieten genug Platz für die ganze Familie. Wobei wir mehr draußen waren. Terrasse mit Pool in der Nähe ist echt praktisch und mit dem MIetwagen sind wir oft zu den vielen Stränden gefahren. Die Gegend bietet viel für´s Auge und Erholung für die ganze Familie. Danke nochmals, hat alles wunderbar geklappt.

Urlaub im schönsten Land der Welt

und in Griechenland gibt´s keine schönere Gegend als Chalkidiki. Die Häuseranlage ist am Ende des linken "Fingers" (Kassandra) Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend und die Luft riecht nach Urlaub. Wir waren mit einem befreundeten Pärchen dort und für alle war was dabei. Genug Platz im geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus. Küche voll ausgestattet und der Pool nur ein paar Meter weg. Auto ist natürlich ein MUSS und dann steht einem alles offen. Malerische Orte, Traumstrände und herrliche Landschaft. Ein besonderer Dank an den Vermieter Lazaros, immer erreichbar und kümmert sich sofort - alle Achtung !
Wer das liest merkt sicher an der Schwärmerei, daß wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen...

was für ein Traumurlaub

Selten haben wir uns so gut erholt. Tolle Anlage in ruhiger Lage und schönem Ausblick. Das ganze Haus ist überaus liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Unsere beiden Kinder hatten sogar jeder ein eingenes Schlafzimmer. Die Anlage bietet neben Pool und Restaurant vor allem Ruhe. Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten im nächsten ORT (Paliouri), hier gibt´s einen Supermarkt, Tankstelle und viele Tavernen. Ebenfalls nur wenige Minuten entfrernt: Traumhafte Buchten mit tollen Stränden (mit und ohne Bewirtschaftung) Also wer keine Bar mit Snacks und cooler Musik haben will findet auch am Strand seine Ruhe. Ein rundum traumhafter Urlaub!

Was für ein erholsamer Urlaub. Idyllisch und ruhig gelegene Appartement Anlage. Ausstattung neu bis neuwertig, total viel Platz für 4 Personen und alles super-sauber. Ein Pool ist direkt vor der Nase, zum nächsten Strand ist ein Auto fast unvermeidbar. Damit stehen einem aber eine Menge an tollen Straänden offen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe gibt´s auch genug. Also wer fernab vom Touristen-Rummel mal so richtig ausspannen will ist hier goldrichtig!

Einer meiner besten Urlaube überhaupt

Traumhafte Lage (wenn man ein Auto hat), sehr schöne Anlage und Haus in gutem Zustand und sauber, ordentliche Ausstattung, der Pool wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Lazaros war per Telefon gut zu erreichen (rief sogar zurück!) und sehr freundlich. Die Strände in Paliouri gehören wohl zu den schönsten in ganz Griechenland, das Örtchen Paliouri hat einen sehr guten Supermarkt direkt neben der Tankstelle und einige empfehlenswerte Restaurants. Kurzum: ein richtig erholsamer Urlaub für die ganze Familie (bereits unser 3. in Paliouri) , ich habe meinen Freunden das Haus bereits weiter empfohlen und werde sicher wieder kommen.

Extrem gepflegte Villa

Traumhafte Villa mit allem was das Herz begehrt! Hier fehlt einfach nichts! Die Villa ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und die Terrasse ist einfach ein Traum! Hier kann man stundenlang relaxen und die Kinder im Pool baden. Zum Meer nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto, wo es traumhafte Strände und glasklares Wasser gibt! Unser Vermieter war ein Traum (hoffentlich lies das mein Mann nicht :-)), sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein traumhafter und erholsamer Urlaub in idyllischer Umgebung. Ruhige und etwas abgelegene Anlage. Komfortabel und reichlich ausgestattetes Haus mit viel Platz für die ganze Familie. Pool quasi vor der Terrassentür. Mit dem Auto sind´s nur wenige Minuten zu diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und tollen Stränden. Besonders zu loben ist die super-gute Luft, wir haben selten so toll geschlafen.
Für jeden zu empfehlen, der seine Batterien mal wieder richtig aufladen möchte.

Nice surroundings, but house needs maintenance

We have stayed in your 'Villa Theodora' apartment for two weeks in June 2012. The area in and around Paliouri is really wonderful, as well as the whole peninsula of Chalkidki! With lots of astonishing views on mountains, rocks, villages, beaches and the sea. Also the little resort of A ef Sin is cute and quiet. But, as we already wrote in the guestbook, together with earlier visitors: to keep the house attractive for holiday lovers, the house really needs some attention and maintenance!
This is something you maybe cannot deal with instantly, but we have been fighting the ants in one of the bedrooms for 2 weeks.
Further on:
- the boiler in the small shed is leaking, the washing machine is not functioning at all (and we wondered for how many years the machine is already broken!).
- The coffee machine is incomplete and cannot be used.
- The main door of the house can only be closed and NOT be locked!
The swimming pool (10 metres walking) was empty and needed reparations, so could not be used during the month of June. We were able to swim in the swimming pool of the hotel.
- All books present were about WWII.
- There were no beach towels, only bath towels, and only 2 pcs. of household textiles.
- Some of the walls have difficulty with the stucco and paint, probably due to humidity. - The tennis court is closed for a long time already, because of the broken floor.
- If you like snow, you can watch television: we could not fix the right position of the tv-antenna for most of the channels!
We are sure that when all these remarks on the house are fixed you really have a wonderful place in Chalkidiki to have holiday without any disappointments and unpleasant daily inconveniences!

in the last 7 years more than 70 familys have been in my house.
their comments are totaly different than yours.
no one was fighting with ants.
i was in the house yesterday and i checked the boiler. it is not leaking.
the television is working by SAT NOT by antenna, and it was working when you arrived and it is still working. you can receive more than 1000 channels.
you stayed in the house 14 days, you never called me about the coffee machine, about the washing machine, about nothing.
you prefer to write this things after you are back in your country.
