Cape Panwa é uma parte muito bonita da ilha de Phuket, a propriedade está perto de Chalong Bay / Pier (onde a maioria das actividades marítimas partem como mergulho) e as praias Ao-Yon (2 min a pé). Restaurantes e bares locais nas proximidades, e é ótimo para "ficar longe de tudo '. Perfeito para lua de mel ou escapadelas de família com crianças, os descontos de verão / outono disponíveis.

The second time here. The only location where I came back to stay in my whole Life- I travel a lot.... As well as before 3 Years, werry good keeped. The pol alway clean and warm. The neighbur, Owner of the rest, John, with his Thai Woman, are wery nice and interesting People, friendly also. She can manage a lot, can show you the Area, can cook for a god price at her or Your's (Nick's) Penthouse. (She has a Thai cooking scool) . can also answer if you need a Massage or girls...The Penthouse is gorgeous, plenty of Square meters, unusual for us, Turists from expensive towns in Europe, where 100 sq7m cost millions of Euro. The sea below, is almost for you sels , thai people living there never go to the beach.
Like all the other reviews, this place is excellent. Actually when I am writing this, we are still in the penthouse. But it's our last day. We stayed with a family of 4 (2 kids age 14 and 17) and initialy a bit afraid there was not a lot to do for them. They loved it! This place is really for chilling, good food closeby, a good housekeeper and a taxidriver around the corner. Although we do recommend to rent a car to do some exploration at your own pace. As a right hand driver I quickly adapted to the traffic and people do not drive very fast, go with the flow! We went to Patong beach and are glad to have stayed in a quiet and safe area. The penthouse is equipped with everything you need: wifi and satellite dish for those who cannot cope without screens.
By accident we came against Jamie Monks blog, there you will find some very handy tips although some may be outdated.
We can certainly recommend this place.

we have spent 2 weeks in the apartment (family of 4/kids 5 and 7 years) and have enjoued every second of it . the location of the apartment is ideal if you want to get away from the masses and enjoy yourself - the 2 beaches close to it offer all you can ask for and the restaurants close by are offering fantastic thai food .
cape panwa with shops and restaurants is a stone throw away (you would need a car anyway) and if you really need to see many tourists then its also quite quick (30 minutes) to be in karom,kata or patong....
we enjoyed it so much, we are already considering to go back !,,,,,,
Myself & my family choose to stay here for christmas, we didnt want to be anywhere busy so the apartment looked perfect, and it was! I knew we had made the right decision as soon as we drove into cape panwa from airport! The scenery is amazing.
Firstly, the apartment itself was perfect, very luxurious and huge!! Views out to sea from every room, myself and hubby enjoyed sitting on balcony and watching sunrise every morning over the bay, and then on an evening with a cold beer!!
Wifi was great, worked everytime and was very quick.
The lovely caretaker, met us on arrival was at the other end of phone if we needed anything (car hire, advice on local markets).
I would advise hiring a car, just to get to the local restuarants and shops, although that said we didnt for the first 4 days.
When you come out of the apartment if you turn right and head up the hill, there is a restuarant/hotel called cloud 19 which served amazing food, fantastic service and beautiful surroundings, 4 of us eating starter/main and 2 drinks each worked out approx £60, quiet expensive for Thailand but worth every penny.
If you turn left when you come out of the apartment and walk ten mins you will come to a restaurant called The ship (this was my favorite), half the price of cloud 19 and beautiful food!! always a really good atmosphere and right on the sea front too. (a further ten min walk from here there is a local family mart with ATM) and chemist lots more bars and restuarants down this way.
We enjoyed our stay here so much there was nothing I would have changed. The penthouse was by far the best place I have ever stayed in and I have travelled. No noisey neigbours, very little traffic passing pure bliss!!
I would love to return to the penthouse. If you are looking for a relaxing/winding down peaceful/romantic place to stay this is ideal for you!!
Every picture is true, and reality is even better! I saw many places of our wonderful planet, but never had such a wonderful residence for vacation.
In the morning we woke up with the tremendous sunrise and the wonderful sound of the crickets. Breakfast also with this beautiful view over Ao Yon. Ao Yon is ideal for calm vacation, heavenly to be there. Sure, we will be back again as soon as possible.
We stayed at the apartment for our honeymoon for 5 nights in August 2010. The owner, Nick, provided us with clear instructions on how to drive to the apartment from the airport. It took us about 35 minutes to get from the airport to the apartment, which is based on the south-eastern tip of the island. The suggested car hire people were reliable and good value for money, working out to be approx £25 a day. It is a good idea to ensure you have a car which is the most efficient and convenient way to get around the island.
Upon arriving at the apartment, we were greeted by Mrs Pond, a friendly and hospitable lady, who had opened up the house for us ahead of our arrival and provided us with useful local hints and tips.
There was a lovely flower petal decoration on our bed in the main bedroom and there were also flowers and authentic Thai fresh fruit in the kitchen. Mrs Pond arranged for a maid to visit twice in the week we were there.
The views from this apartment are stunning especially at sunrise and sunset.
The apartment was well equipped; all kitchen utensils were available, TV, Radio and internet facilities as well. The latter of which helped us organise our onward journey from Phuket. There is a large Tesco Lotus about 15 min car journey where you can buy most food.
It is a peaceful location with privacy. However, if you have some time and are staying for more than a week, we would recommend you plan an island visit as the local area can be quickly and easily explored.
There are lot of restaurants around the apartment, both within walking distance of the apartment. We would suggest Cloud 19, which has lovely views and western menu. There is a good massage place nearby called Cape Panwa Resort which also provides bookings for entertainment shows and taxis to the main town.
Overall, a great comfortable stay. We shall definitely be returning in the future!

Duas praias de areia branca e fina, praticamente desertas estão a poucos minutos a pé da propriedade para passeios relaxantes.
As atracções nas proximidades: Clube de vela local, muito perto de Ao-Yon, Chalong baías. Muito 'para crianças' Area-crianças adoram espirrando na piscina ou para baixo na praia. Phuket Aquarium e Zoo perto (10 min de carro). Hotéis e restaurantes, incluindo 'Ma Kitchen' para autênticos pratos tailandeses saborosos, bar 'The Ship "e recentemente inaugurado' Ocean19 'ou talvez Robalo na praia de' The Beach '?

Golf: Se você estiver indo para Phuket para o golfe eu provavelmente não precisa acrescentar mais nada aqui, pura e simplesmente um dos melhores da Ásia. A propriedade fica cerca de 20-30 minutos de carro do campo mais próximo. Você pode optar por um imóvel situado-golf, claro, mas então você perca as magníficas vistas de mar e da praia preguiçoso anda no final de um dia duro e colocando o seu em uma ilha com algumas das melhores vistas ao redor (pelo menos do Penthouse!)
Ski: As pistas mais próximas são pelo menos 3000 quilômetros de distância nem sequer pensar em trazer o seu snowboard para Phuket! : O)
